Built in the late 1920’s, the building consisted of a hotel and apartments as well as a theatre.
Also known as “Le Grand Théâtre des Milles et Une Nuits”, this venue is of historical significance and its restauration has been delayed for years (except the exterior facade which has been renovated). Solidere has plans to restore the structure, reviving both the theatre and the adjacent hotel.
