Meet Marc Torbey El Helou.
In 2016, a tragic diving accident left him paralyzed from the shoulders down.
Despite his challenging physical condition, Marc embraces life and uses obstacles that were put in his way as stepping stones.
He found the will to reclaim for himself a fulfilling and productive life.
Marc leads a successful career in banking at the Banque Libano-Française and strives to make Lebanon a better place as a volunteer manager at Offre Joie (a fantastic NGO founded by students determined to create social development projects, young volunteers who want to build peace, help the ones in need, rebuild homes and restore hope).
Marc also campaigns for more wheelchair accessibility in Lebanon.
