Silence room

If you happen to be in London, don’t miss the Design Biennale at the Somerset House until September 23rd.

For Dezeen, design editor Augusta Pownall picked Nathalie Harb’s project The Silent Room as one of the 10 installations not to miss at this year’s Biennale!

We had the chance to see her (then pink) silent room during Beirut Design Week last year and we’re thrilled to know she’s now showcased in London. The Silent Room promotes “silence as a form of resistance”.
A meditative experience awaits you in this isolated room, standing in protest against noise pollution and jungle urbanism.

We say yes to more silence.. and art !
