The windsurfer turned entrepreneur tapped into a difficult market full force, with passion and perseverance.
Today, in an eco-friendly environment made of upcycled wood pallets and green walls, his project consists of a microbrewery, brewpub, restaurant and beer garden, which hosts events all year long.
Not only does he produce a variety of high quality craft beers, he also recently started producing gin Gata Gin and vodka Secreterre Vodka (using Lebanese grains provided by local farmers).
