Brant who has established the @sadalsuudfoundation has just opened @maviabakery in Gemmayze, a hub for community building and women empowerment.
They bake delicious artisanal sourdough goods with a traditional wood-fired oven that is built in Tripoli, using locally sourced grains that are stone-milled.
Every loaf is baked with love, passion, and respect.
